Located in New York City's only LEED Platinum residential high rise, The Visionaire, the Food Market will be one New York's first LEED Platinum commercial interiors. Adhering to the standards set by the existing building, the Food Market will also set new standards in the food industry for sustainability and energy conservation while providing customers with a unique gourmet experience.
East Hampton Indoor Tennis - Ice Rink
The East Hampton Indoor Tennis Ice Rink continues LEED Pros initiative for a greener Hamptons. The EHIT Ice Rink will be the first LEED Certified Ice Rink on the east coast and second in the country. By increasing sustainability and conserving energy, the Ice Rink will also maintain the integrity of the surrounding forest, making the EHIT Ice Rink one of LEED Pro's most unique projects to date.
SoHo Loft Renovation
Again the brainchild of Founder Ari Meisel, the SoHo Loft Rennovation is proof that LEED Certified building can work in a variety of uses, be it commercial, residential, or industrial. A former chocolate factory on Prince Street in Manhattan's SoHo district, the SoHo Loft Renovation was the first LEED Pro project to be completed in Manhattan, and now houses our central office.
